My office is dedicated to providing personalized estate planning services to Southern Utah residents. The estate planning process can seem to be a daunting task wrought with confusion. My job is to help the estate planning process make sense to you, to help turn your confusion into an education which will give you the confidence that your matters are settled to your satisfaction. My goal is to ensure that you know what your will, trust and estate plan do for you at the present and what it does for you and your loved ones in the future.

I see the process through with you from the initial consultation to ensuring that your assets are properly placed into your trust. Additionally, I am here to assist in any changes that need to be made to your existing estate plan. While your estate plan may be done, my role is not finished. I will continue to be available to you to counsel you on any new concerns and questions you may have about your affairs.

I have been practicing in Southern Utah since 2006. I completed a Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University in 2001 and also completed my Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2004. Finally, I also received an LLM from New York University in 2005.

Outside of the office nearly all my time is occupied by my wife and three children. While I do immensely enjoy reading and sports, particularly college football, the San Francisco 49ers and the Utah Jazz and reading, I find that my hobbies are crowded out by my kids and the attention they require.
